Policies
RATES $100-$140 per night- Room rates are based on double occupancy. Cots-daybed are available for an additional $25 fee per stay, per bed . Just let us know and we will gladly make up a cot or the daybed.
RESERVATIONS- All rooms are paid in advance upon booking. We will send you a confirmation email when you book and also a Welcome Email a few days prior to your visit. We gladly accept American Express, Master Card, Visa and Discover cards, debit cards, and cash.
CANCELLATION POLICY- 7 days notice is required to cancel your reservation for a refund. 7 days or less will receive a refund if we are able to rebook the room each night.
A $25 fee per room will be automatically charged for each cancellation.
Shortened stays and No-shows will be charged for the entire amount of reserved visit.
Reservations of 3 or more rooms and special scheduled events require 30-day cancellation notice. *Alfred Graduation weekend and The Greater Wellsville Balloon Rally weekend require a 2 night minimum. Cancellation policies are strictly enforced.
DISCOUNTS- are available for 4 or more nights, ask us about short term housing rates if you are working in the area
CHECK-IN- All rooms are ready by 3:00 pm. We have a self checkin process in place, you will receive a Welcome email with instructions a few days prior to your arrival, you may arrive anytime after 3 pm, there is no rush. If you need to, please go to your scheduled event first.
If you would like to drop your bags off earlier, stop to get local information, or a cup of coffee, please call first to be sure someone is here.
BREAKFAST- A full breakfast is served at 8:30 am each morning. Please let us know asap if you are unable to attend breakfast.
Continental breakfast options are available for those who need to leave early. Special dietary needs gladly accommodated with advance notice.
CHECKOUT- 11am. Scheduled late checkouts are available for an additional fee of $25
CHILDREN- Well behaved children are welcome, but we do reserve the right to limit the total number of children at any one time.
PETS- Sorry we have a no pet policy
SMOKING- NO SMOKING is permitted inside the Inn or on the upper porch. Two designated outside smoking areas are available.
INTERNET -Free Wireless High-speed internet access.
We are an old house with some tricky steps and recommend the first floor Adams Suite when staying with small children or if you have a physical disability.
PRIVACY POLICY- We consider the privacy of our guests a serious responsibility. This policy declares how we will use and treat information we collect from and about you. This policy is an agreement that is legally binding. By using our website, you consent to the collection and use of information by us as specified below.
We commit with all sincerity to:
never sell your information;
never use your information to market our lodging to you for future stays without requiring your “opt in” and permitting your “opt out.” To date, we have never performed such marketing;
only collect the minimum of information as is customarily necessary to provide lodging;
only share information about you when (a) required by law or (b) required by situations that demand immediate action that are to your clear benefit (i.e., “emergencies”).
Please be aware:
that you may book our lodging without using this website and if you do so you are only protected by the privacy policies of those companies providing the booking service;
that the online booking accessible on our website is provided by Thinkreservations and we do not control the privacy policy of Thinkreservations
that changes to this policy will only be posted here on this privacy-policy webpage (we do not wish to invade your privacy by sending you emails about changes to the policy).
