Adams Suite: Located downstairs, is a King bedroom, with attached sitting room, private bathroom, AC and access to our back porch area.  (click for more pictures)

LeverSuite: Located upstairs, is a 2 room Queen Suite with a private bathroom. The main room has a queen bed & attached room has a twin size day bed. There is a stand up shower in the bathroom.
Each guest room has seasonal AC and a ceiling fan.

Burdick Room: Upstairs queen bedroom, with an attached room with a twin daybed and access to common hall bathroom. Each guest room has seasonal AC and a ceiling fan.

* Rates are based on double occupancy,  3rd person and beyond is $25 per person per night. If you are traveling solo please feel free to invite a friend for breakfast.

  • all rooms have brand new beds with pillow top mattresses, we use only the finest linens.

preferences or needs; just let us know in advance. A full breakfast in the morning, just like grandma used to make.

We do our best but we know we are not always the right fit for every traveler. We try not to be too dogmatic about our policies. Some things might not work on a crowded  weekend but maybe perfectly ok during the week
If you have a situation that is keeping you out of some other bed and breakfasts or if you think  you might not be welcome or be able to stay here- take a chance – call- if we can’t help you, we will make every effort at finding a solution for your needs.
