General Questions
We can accommodate events of up to 125 guests outdoors
The Inn includes 5 bedrooms and sleeps up to 11 overnight guests. Only registered guests are allowed inside the Inn. We also offer the Bluebird Tourist Home next door, which sleeps up to 10 guests and is available at a discounted rate with a 2-night minimum.
Yes! While most events happen during spring through fall, we’re happy to discuss options for winter or off-season gatherings depending on availability and event type.
Yes — all events include exclusive use of the Inn. This gives you complete privacy and full access to the common areas, porches, and guest rooms.
Five guest rooms (sleeps 11), daily breakfast for overnight guests, and access to our outdoor event spaces. Tables and chairs for 50 guests are also available.
Yes, our pricing structure varies depending on the event type and size. Weddings have a flat event fee; corporate and private events are priced based on duration and needs.
We provide parking attendants and access to optional onsite items (podium, bar, photo backdrop, etc.). Most events are self-hosted, but we’re always here to help you prep.
Yes — this beautifully renovated farmhouse next door sleeps up to 10 and is a great add-on for out-of-town guests. It must be booked separately.
