General Questions
Private events at the Inn are best suited for up to 125 guests outdoors. Indoor capacity is more limited and typically reserved for registered overnight guests.
You’ll get use of the grounds, porches, guest rooms, breakfast for registered guests, and access to our on-site event essentials like tables, chairs, a podium, easel, and photo backdrop.
We provide parking attendants during the event, and our team is available to answer questions or assist with planning before your stay.
We recommend renting a tent or covered structure, as the Inn does not provide one. It’s best to be prepared for the weather.
A 50% deposit (cash or check) is required to secure your date.
Remaining balance is due 30 days before the event.
Day event insurance or applicable homeowner’s coverage is required.
Only registered guests may stay overnight inside the Inn.
You’re responsible for additional rentals, catering, and cleanup.

Due to high demand for weekend weddings, we’re unable to hold dates without a signed contract and deposit.
The 50% deposit is non-refundable, as we reserve the entire Inn and event space exclusively for your use that weekend.
No — the Bluebird Tourist Home is a separate reservation. If you'd like to reserve it for your guests, we recommend booking early to ensure availability.
Yes — state and local taxes apply to your wedding package and lodging. All rates will be clearly outlined in your contract before you sign.
If you need to cancel your event, your deposit will be forfeited. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will also forfeit any additional payments made. We recommend purchasing wedding or event insurance to protect your investment.
